Getting Started:

When you reach out through DMs, email, or submit a request on my website, I’ll personally follow up to learn more about your vision, preferences, and unique ideas.

Sharing Your Preferences:

We’ll cover details such as your preferred medium (acrylic, digital, etc.), artwork size, color palette, themes, timeline, and any special elements you’d like included. Reference photos are always welcome! For realistic pieces, I stay true to the subject while customizing the background, colors, and details to fit your style.

Securing Your Commission:

Once we’ve finalized the details, we’ll sign a simple contract to confirm everything. A 50% deposit is required to begin. An invoice will be sent to your email and I’ll start creating your piece as soon as the payment is received.

Updates & Revisions:

I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and check in if I need clarification. Before finalizing, I’ll share a preview of your artwork. You’re welcome to request reasonable adjustments at no extra cost — my priority is making sure you’re completely happy with the result.

Payment & Delivery:

When your artwork is finished, the remaining 50% (plus shipping, if applicable) will be due before delivery. An invoice will be sent to your email and once that payment is received, I will deliver the artwork.

• Physical artworks: Carefully packaged, shipped, and provided with tracking information after payment.
