Order Processing & Handling Time
Original Artwork: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully package and prepare your original pieces for safe transit. If an artwork is currently displayed in an exhibition, it will be packaged and shipped after the exhibition ends. This will be noted on the product description.
Printed Apparel & Accessories: These items are printed to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately.. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
